HORRIBLE customer service. This is the service industry the number one priority should be the customer. I’ve been a customer of Mar for 2 years and throughout had customer services issues with her. I was 6 minutes late before she canceled and charged me she didn’t even try to reschedule or anything. I respect her business so didn’t make a big issue and continued going to her. There was a time she was 10mins late to my appointment. No text/call I just waited for her. No sorry I was late or anything but expect customers to follow her policy. this last visit was the final straw. I made an appointment for SATURDAY and then I get a notification it was canceled for a no show. How is it a no show if it isn’t Saturday yet?? She made the appointment for Wednesday instead. I never make weekday appointments bc I work. I text Mar no response nothing. This was clearly a misunderstanding that could have been resolved she did not care. Never responded to my text. To new customers I advise if you are booking online after your appointment please make sure you book it yourself and not Mar she has a tendency to book the wrong dates then charges you when you don’t show.

I loved my experience here from the moment i stepped into the room. She made it very comfortable for me to enjoy my time here. I went in for a Brazilian sugar wax and a vajacial. Of course getting waxed is painful but all to say she was patient with me and took her time to make the experience all worth the pain. She gave me very good advice on the after care. I’d recommend this place she really knows what she is doing. Also every thing was wiped down and sanitized! Which was a plus

Terrible Customer Service! I was attempting to get my first sugar wax because I heard it was less painful than a regular wax. First she applied the wax on my thigh where no hair is located to demonstrate how the sugar wax work. I wasn’t fond of that now I’m praying no hair grows there in the future. Secondly, when she begins waxing my bikini area she tells me not to flinch or scream. I advised her it’s very painful and it’s natural to flinch. My scream was a low pitch scream not very loud at all. After she removed 2 sections I continued to complain and she stated would you like to stop and not finish the wax. I decided to continue for a few more areas until I couldn’t take it any longer. She only waxed 3 small areas and stated I still had to pay her. So I ended up paying $60 for NO SERVICE. She needs to work on her customer service and approach!!
