My best friend and I had an amazing experience here. We came in for hair, make up, and lashes for her wedding, and we left looking amazing! I’ve had services done for several formal occasions throughout my life, and our trip to the Beauty Depot will forever be one of the best. We left there truly looking and feeling beautiful! I knew from the minute I began booking with them, we were going to be well taken care of on one of the most important and special days for my best friend. They were professional and quick to respond when helping me coordinate the times and services, and they adjusted things to meet our needs and provide us lots of personal attention. The salon is chic, classy, and inviting, and the gals are warm, friendly, and so much fun to be around! I want to plan more trips to Blue Ridge just to get my glam on here! Critical: QualityGot my eyebrows waxed here. My eyebrows were bushy when I first went in. Had a nice conversation with one of the ladies. I have looked for a great beauty salon to get my eyebrows waxed, and I can say that this was definitely not the place. One of the lady waxed way too much off and then said “they look good.” The top part looked like a zig zag. She left a lot of bald spots which were not there in the first place. Then she said she could make it thinner which at that point I said no. My eyebrows would have been more horrible. I have to color them in so the bald spot won’t be that noticeable which I didn’t have to do before. I feel highly dissatisfied.
