Critical: ProfessionalismI have called twice, once last week and again this week and was unable to get anything but an answering machine. Left a detailed message both times explaining that I would like an appointment for hair color and cut. I have not had a call back from either message that I left, so I guess I’m left to assume that they have more business than they can handle and they don’t need any more. A courtesy call would have been nice regardless. Would rate lower than one star but unfortunately that’s not an option. Internet and answering machine message indicated that they are open for business?????? I have called twice, once last week and again this week and was unable to get anything but an answering machine. Left a detailed message both times explaining that I would like an appointment for hair color and cut.
