I had an unpleasant experience here. Sambrena did so terrible, she charged me $25 for half an eyebrow gone and a wax on my upper lip that didn’t work. She threaded the whole tail of my eyebrow then proceeded to tell me that I should thread my upper lips. I told her no and she heated up the wax and insisted. I can’t tell a difference with my upper lips and still pressured me to give her a tip afterwards. She asked for me to show her my phone screen to make sure I was tipping her. It’s so sad that some people are like this. I understand that she may have messed up and does not know how to use wax but please don’t overcharge for a service that doesn’t work.

They have a sign thats says threading 10 dollars and tinting 15. I took the service and she charged me 35. When I asked why she said “its an old sign” she didn’t care I felt uñset about it . I felt scammed. I also paid for henna on my daughters hand and she rushed to do it and did it all bad. The worse henna work ever!. Never going back, wasted all my money.
