This being said can I tell you how lucky I am to have met Yuliya she is my hair fairy. I have never left disappointed (trust me I have gone to places before and left in tears bc my hair was not blonde but orange) this is never the case with yuliya! My hair always turns out that beautiful platinum blonde that I love and super silky and healthy! (keep in mind that my hair is naturally dark). She is also very accommodating and always punctual.
