I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for the last 10 years and going to Beauty by Thread for the last two years. I always have a good experience, however today I went and got my eyebrows done by Serena. It was the most terrible experience I have ever had getting my eyebrows threaded. I have never felt more disrespected as a customer by a young girl. She was argumentative with me from the beginning. Inder had put a note in the computer to thread my eyebrows on the bottom and not much on the top so I was telling her about this note. She didn’t want to do it so I had to ask her again. She continued to be argumentative about how I wanted my eyebrows done. At the end I asked her if I could give her some feedback and I let her know she was coming across harshly. She told me that I was “rude”, she “had been doing eyebrows for six years and she knew what she was doing”. She had the worst attitude I have ever seen from someone supposedly providing a customer service experience. I have never been more disrespected or upset about an eyebrow threading experience. The manager and owner need to know they have an employee with a serious attitude problem that will deter customers and leave them very unhappy.

I had my services done By Inder at Beauty By Thread in the mail and she did a fantastic job!!! I cannot say enough good things about the ladies who work! I have never once had a bad experience or any issues whatsoever. The cleanliness here is fantastic!
