The first time I came to this place after a few years was August 2021 when I wanted some goddess knotless braids for my birthday. I came in at 11am and didn’t leave until 7pm due to the stylist consistently stopping my hair to do other customers and try on clothes that a seller came into the store with. Today I booked an appointment for 1pm for a service that should not take more than 1hr and 30 minutes and all I have had done was my hair washed and dried with the keratin treatment. Not only did she forget that my appointment was today, but also she put clients before me even though I had already paid her a deposit and come before my appointment time began!
