Critical: ProfessionalismI am so disappointed and upset, I book an appointment with Veronica 3 weeks in advance . I told her that I really need my hair to be done , since I got a horrible experience in another place . I waited with a bandanna in my head for 3 weeks!! So the day in discussion arrived and as soon as I walked into the salon another person asked me if my names was soAnd so , I said yes , and she just let me know that Veronica had an emergency and couldn’t be there !!! How about about a phone call!!! I mentioned that and this girl said , she didn’t have your number . Couldn’t believe that , when I saw Veronica writing firm my name and number the date I booked with her . Just like that I was kinda dismissed . I was so mad and she said can come next week . Unfortunately I am going away and and I told her that . She keep saying sorry..!Not even asked for my number that she said is not in record . What??? I cannot believe this. Looks to me that peopleSimple don’t care or even don’t respect us customers at all. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI had my haircut and highlights done by Veronika at the salon this afternoon and I am sooo excited that I have finally found a salon with people who know what they are doing!!!! Veronika is personable, professional and a true stylist. She listened to what I wanted and cut and highlighted my hair beautifully. Kiki washed my hair out after the highlights and I felt like I was in a spa. I have lived in Union for 30 years now and never found a salon like this and could not be happier!!!! Thank you Veronika for making my day I will be back again and again to see all of you!!!! I had my haircut and highlights done by Veronika at the salon this afternoon and I am sooo excited that I have finally found a salon with people who know what they are doing!!!! Veronika is personable, professional and a true stylist. She listened to what I wanted and cut and highlighted my hair beautifully.
