Critical: QualityI’m new to Spring Hill and was searching for a place to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted. Staff was friendly but I am not happy at all with my eyebrows… she barley threaded them then slapped the dye all over my skin then had to use force to try and get the dye off my skin which did not come off!! Now I have to drive down to new port richey to have them fixed! I do not recommend this place to anybody for eyebrows! She did a horrible job! I’m new to Spring Hill and was searching for a place to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted. Staff was friendly but I am not happy at all with my eyebrows… she barley threaded them then slapped the dye all over my skin then had to use force to try and get the dye off my skin which did not come off!! Now I have to drive down to new port richey to have them fixed! I do not recommend this place to anybody for eyebrows! She did a horrible job! Now I have to pay again to have them fixed!

Critical: ProfessionalismI got my hair dyed by Azi yesterday. It was my first time ever dying my hair so I was obviously super excited. I showed her what I wanted and what I got was pretty but not exactly what I wanted. She saw my hair before and she told me $175. When I got there and she had started on my hair, I asked her again what it would cost just to make sure and she said $230. I was shocked to hear that the price jumped so much but she had already started bleaching it. The next day my mom gets a call saying that Azi wants to charge me another $60 on top of the $230 that she told me it was going to cost. I understand that she had to use more product but at least let me know that you want to charge me extra. But she knows I would’ve left if I would’ve known that piece of information. So maybe that’s why she didn’t tell me to my face the same day I was there. So I ended up paying $290 for something that I wasn’t content with. Azi took advantage of the fact that it was my first time dying my hair. Who charges someone extra money after they already left and it’s the whole next day? That makes absolutely no sense and clearly it’s ridiculous. Why couldn’t she tell me it was going to cost an extra $60 dollars while she doing my hair? Or even before she started doing it. I am more than upset and I will never be returning again to Azi’s due to fact that what she did was unacceptable and completely unprofessional. It’s like going to a restaurant and the waiter giving you an extra steak and then calling you the next day asking you to pay for the steak. I would like to know where the common sense comes in. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueAzi is very professional. She explains each procedure. She does a full facial threading on my face. My make up lays so nicely on my skin following the threading. She just micro bladed my eyebrows. I love the natural looking shape and color and I have received several compliments . She applies dye to the gray hairs that periodically appear. She just gave my husband his first professional pedicure. She took her time to work on a toe with fungus. His toes look great.
