She brings serious knowledge to her craft, which is reinforced by the hours outside of work she spends researching and learning new products. She invests in top quality because she wants her clients to experience the best service possible. For a wax, for example, she provides a topical anesthetic, skin prep spray, top quality wax, a heated and cushioned service bed, easy music, and a fricking awesome post-wax light-radiation-thing that I forget the name of, but it’s wonderfully helpful. No other salon in my experience matches Amy’s skill, quality, or comfort, and I’ve been to a number of estheticians for waxing. Her manicures and pedicures are clean, soothing, relaxing, and perfect. She cares about the color, the final appearance, and making sure her client is 100% pleased. On top of this? Amy herself is one of the kindest and most charming women you’ll ever meet. She knows her clients and takes care of them. Every visit to her spa is guaranteed laughter, smiles, warmth, and good nature.
