Tiffany crushes it at customer service & haircuts. She made me feel really comfortable in fixing my botched cut from another salon, and then proved it with a blended layered cut with face framing layers on my long(ish) hair. She also offered excellent advice on maintaining hair health, increasing time between hair washes, and coloring options (without pushing to sell me on getting more done here, might I add).

I am SO happy I found Alexa and her salon. I am beyond picky with who does my color to the point where I was traveling over an hour to NY for years to get my balayage done. I have never loved my hair more after seeing Alexa and I am so happy I found her. She knew exactly what I wanted my hair to look like and she did exactly that. I’m always getting compliments on my hair and recommending her to everyone. She is awesome!! She’s super nice and totally down to earth which is a plus when you have extra thick hair that takes hours to process! Her salon is so cute and clean. Even during a pandemic, I felt totally at ease and safe going in her salon with the precautions they’re taking (taking temps at the door, wearing masks, limited capacity). Love her and her salon!!
