Critical: Quality, ValueI’m very disappointed in this I got a face wax and eyebrow thread and waxing and eyelash extensions in the process of this my appointment was very delayed cause of some technical issues that I helped fixed and wasn’t offered a discount (because the lady was about to close for the rest of the day & was about to miss out on a room of clients) I then proceeded to allow her to to “accidentally spill wax on my hair and still sat with no problem I figured she had a rough day and I gave her the benefit of the doubt I was still pleased with my eyebrows and lashes and face wax but I remember asking the lady *disclamier she was not rude at all* back to the story I clearly ask her was the wax for sensitive skin she told me “yes ma’am this is the only wax I use” now here’s my face ! Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueLaila is amazing , i go there for my eyebrow waxing & tinting , and the Brazilian wax. Each time i go Laila always has the best attitude and customer service. I would definitely recommend trying one of her many services she has to offer

Critical: ProfessionalismI called the store to see if I could get a wax, but no one answered the phone. Then I drove 15 miles for a bikini wax, for her to tell me that her ride was 1 minute away. It was 5:30 p.m. online the store was supposed to close at 7p.m. Once I got to the store the posted store hours said that they close 8p.m. She refused to offer me service because she didn’t want her husband waiting outside in the car in the rain. So she told me she couldn’t do a bikini wax for me and told me to come back in the morning!I called the store to see if I could get a wax, but no one answered the phone. I called the store to see if I could get a wax, but no one answered the phone. Then I drove 15 miles for a bikini wax, for her to tell me that her ride was 1 minute away. It was 5:30 p.m. online the store was supposed to close at 7p.m. Once I got to the store the posted store hours said that they close 8p.m. She refused to offer me service because she didn’t want her husband waiting outside in the car in the rain.
