I came here twice for lashes. The first time, she did a great job. However, I don’t know what happened today but my lashes were done horribly. I didn’t realize but they had stacked the lashes and did a horrible job gluing the lashes on because after an hour, it was falling off. I did not touch or mess with it to make it fall off either.

Had a Groupon arranged for my mother and Aunt. The man on the phone said great, just show up on time with the groupon, and so they did. the RUDE woman at the front told them the groupon isn’t enough, they need to show the email too. We weren’t able to pull the email at the time and the woman rudely told us it wasn’t enough. It was for a 60 minute facial, as if you couldn’t accommodate that, and work with us to make it happen. The Groupon was a gift to my mom, karma will bite back — my recommendation is stay away.

I’ve been a loyal client ever since, I’ve done eyebrow threading and tinting as well- i get so many compliments .The shop it clean and comfortable and Bina is amazing and always makes me comfortabl- to the point I fall asleep getting the lashes done! book her!

I’ve been coming here a long time and today was the worst! I’ve been letting my brows grow back for 4 months because they were too thin and I said that when I got in and asked not touch the thickness but clean up my brows and tint them. She took everything! My brows are back to being thin. And to top it off, while I was having my brows tinted which normally takes 5 mins, she proceeds to clean the back rooms and take other customers as I sat in the chair for 20mins.
