I had a great experience with Chye! she is the best nail tech I have ever been to. She is easy to talk to and explain what you want. She is an honest person who will tell you how it is no matter the situation. She has fancy nail stamps with cute Christmas designs on them and I absolutely love them! It is so nice and relaxing to get your manicure and pedicure as she is the only nail tech working. It is like going to your own personal spa and getting the full royal treatment. As an introvert I always feel overwhelmed when I go to a nail salon because there are so many people around me talking at once. Honestly the absolute best nail tech!

Chye the nail tech at the spa is phenomenal! I’ve been going to her since she was in school and followed her here because she does such a great job. This morning, I took my daughter to Ulta for a highlight (she had a $100 gift card to use) and after 2 hours (and horrible service and chair side manner) from her stylist, she left in tears with WHITE AND ORANGE bleached stripes in her hair AND left with dark roots. She cried for 3 hours. There was nothing we could do until after the weekend (especially around the holidays). I decided to call Beauty Brands as a long shot. Mikey answered the phone and was so helpful! She asked me to text pictures to see if they could help today!!! I sent pictures and she said yes, they can help with a color correction! She scheduled her for 7:15pm but around 3:00, she called and said that Bobbi could see her asap if we could get there quickly! We raced to the store (within the speed limit of course) and were greeted by Mikey and Bobbi! They were awesome!!!! They were so sweet to my teen daughter and made her feel like everything would be ok and they would take care of her! After 2 hours, some laughs and new hair, she was so happy and no more tears! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH FOR THIS! We now have a new favorite salon for her future highlights! So so happy and pleased with them! After an 8 hour day, she is back to her old happy self!

I don’t usually make reviews. It’s just very disheartening when an apparent manager can be so rude. I came in 5 minutes to five, to be told “ma’am you need to hurry up, we’re closing early and you need to leave”. When online it clearly says “open till 6”. No closing early sign, nothing. You never know what people are going through, and today I just so happened to get terrible news about a loved one. Managers energy just was not necessary and I can take my money else where. Beauty brand, please do better because this earth needs better.

Brought my daughter in for a color/highlight and cut. Before making the appointment I physically brought her in for a quote on the service (she has long hair). They quoted the service. Then when she arrived they preformed the service. When finished they charged a substantially higher price. Not only that, the stylist kept complaining that it was taking so long and had to cancel an appointment making my daughter feel guilty about even being there. This was their ‘best” and most expensive stylist (which was what I asked the quote for).

Staff was friendly. Just wished I could have got the haircut I requested. Last time I checked putting layers in or making sure the cut was even wasn’t illegal.
