I scheduled an appointment for my wife to have a haircut done by a master stylist naned Dylan back in July 2022. When she arrived he told her his last appointment ran over and he had to be quick with her. My wife remaind polite despite the man’s apparent rude attitude towards her. My wife has very thick course long hair, and it was important she have her hair cut and thinned, but since the stylist was in a hurry to rush through my wife to make his next appointment after, he didn’t thin her hair and told he had no time to dry and style her hair. My wife felt so embarrassed about how she was treated she simply left after paying her bill and never mentioned this to anyone. If this reflects the attitudes of all the stylists that work at this location than I would highly recommend never getting your haircut here especially when haircuts for women with long hair run north of $50+.

My fiancé had her trial for her hair done 4 weeks before the wedding. Things went great. On Tuesday, four days before the wedding they call and say that stylist isn’t working and they can get her in at 11…… she has to be at the venue at 11. 4 days before the wedding they changed things. It’s unacceptable. Do not use this location for weddings. They do not plan ahead at all.

Terrible experience. My stylist was nice enough but completely missed the mark of what I wanted. I booked a cut and color for highlights and lowlights to start blending in my grey. She colored my roots but nothing else. The haircut was shorter than I wanted although I showed her photos for reference. The ends are bulky and uneven! She blow dried by hair but didn’t offer to style it even after I told her I straighten it daily. I left with a frizzy puff ball on my head and had dye stains all over my forehead from her just slapping on the color with no care to keep it off my skin at all. I have to go somewhere else to get this fixed. I tipped her for her time but I will never be back.

I took my 5 and 7 year old daughters here after countless bad haircuts from “kid friendly” salons on the cheaper side and I was blown away. My kids always sit super well but I was so happy that our stylist Lexie respected them and treated them like adults and not babies. Their hair looks and feels amazing and she gave them her full time and attention instead of breezing through it just because they’re kids. Super happy and we will back to see her next time!
