I went and got my haircut yesterday and I absolutely love it! I was nervous because I went to a different salon to get a “wolf cut” and they completely messed it up and made it look awful. Noel at beauty brands had a consultation with me and she gave me the best look ever! I will definitely be back now that my trust is restored with hairstylists. Thank you beauty brands!

I called ahead and asked if any nail techs would agree to wear a mask during my pedicure. We are being extra cautious as we are trying to board an airplane. I was assured that Megan agreed to wear a mask. After I arrived and we began, I reminded her of the agreement. She then claimed that she didn’t have a mask. Had she not agreed when I booked, I would have simply skipped the pedicure. After 15 years, I won’t be returning to Beauty Brands.

The stylist didn’t do a scalp massage durning conditioner. She cut and blow dryer my hair but didn’t straighten, curl or even sleek my hair. I left with poofy hair. I paid over $100 and left with poofy unstlyed hair. It was embarrassing so I put it in a pony tail and had to pay in a poofy ponytail.

Critical: Quality, ValueThe worst haircut I have had in years. After I had to ask her to cut it shorter, twice, I just gave up and said it was great. I walked out with uneven sides, untrimmed ears, poorly cut top. I literally drove home, and cut it myself with a kids hair cutting clippers to fix what I could. Why would you use a comb with clippers? Do the clippers not have guards to prevent you from butchering my hair like your hacking away at the overgrown shrubbery in-front of your house? Did you not hear me when I asked if you were going to do the sides, and commented that I looked like a mushroom? Apparently not because you surely didn’t bother to fix it. Gordon Ramsey says customers vote with their feet, and I agree. I can surely find someone to do a better job for $60. Its outrageous. Even at great clips I have never had to just stop someone from ruining my hair further, and they do a passable job for $10. Absolutely ridiculous.Save your money, go to literally anywhere else. The worst haircut I have had in years. After I had to ask her to cut it shorter, twice, I just gave up and said it was great. I walked out with uneven sides, untrimmed ears, poorly cut top. I like the salon a lot. The staff are friendly and helpful. The prices were very reasonable. It was very clean and bright and well lit, as well. I called as I was driving across town to get in as a walk-in manicure and they worked me in. My French gel nails turned out beautifully. Will totally go again. I’m not as familiar w the store part of the business, so I don’t have an opinion on that.
