My daughter just left after getting her haircut and was charged a $10 dense hair fee on top of the regular hair cut charge. She has NEVER been charged this fee when getting her hair cut at the Independence Beauty Brands, and she has had her hair cut there many many times. We will not be coming back here again, very disappointed.

I came into this place with a crazy mess of hair. Last Dec I made the horrible mistake of dying my hair using Splat hair dye. I looked like something out of a cartoon. I came to this location and got Courtney as my hair specialist. It took 3 different days of me coming in and trying different things to try to fix the mess I created, but Courtney never gave up. She tried several things and even had other hair professionals coming together to figure out a plan that might help. Finally, on day 3 she got my hair to look normal and natural again. Courtney went above and beyond to make sure my hair looked good and to fix my mistake. I highly recommend this place, no matter who you choose as your hair professional they are all amazing and very caring. And a big thank you to Courtney for not giving up and getting the job done with the mess I presented to you!
