The salon & spa are great…nice staff & a large selection. The prices of the products seem high but I am not well versed in beauty products…I would never spend that kind of money, but it may be in line with other beauty places. We’ll be back for the services, but will likely skip the products.

Didnt give me what I asked for at all. I wanted to go blonde (my hair is completely untreated) and they put highlights in my hair which I didnt want. This was about two months ago and Im still dealing with chemical burn under my eyes from the foils hanging in front of my face, I have to go to urgent care because my eyes are so swollen and itchy from getting it highlighted 2 months ago. Cost me $200 plus tip only to walk out with my eyes burning and a hairstyle I didnt want. Also charged me for a haircut when she spent all of 2 minutes simply trimming my hair, she didnt style it at all. Terrible experience.

Requested a dated look… Don listened to how I wanted to look, and worked with what I had to complete the look I imagined… next day, I was still happy with the results (which doesn’t always happen)… better yet, two weeks later and the look is still exactly what I wanted and needed without product! Wonderful group of people, relaxing atmosphere, comparable prices. 🙂

I always go to this Beauty Brands but on this visit it was very strange,no one said hello did you need help nothing and I was very disappointed in their greet not warm at all. I will find a different one to go to and have told my friends no more visits to that one for me.
