Not impressed, workers on their phones, shoppers were not greeted, prices were the same as other beauty stores.

Staff are always friendly and greet clients walking in the door. I have been coming here for awhile for haircuts and facials, and I always leave feeling relaxed and pampered and happy with the service. I just got my first pedicure and it was a wonderful experience with luxurious products and a very sweet technician. The room was quiet with soft music, subdued lighting and no television blaring in the background, which is the norm at a lot of nail salons I have tried. The ladies here are attentive and skilled in their areas of expertise…. I will keep coming back!

I went in with my son for haircuts. Molly Gill was our stylist and she did an amazing job on helping my son decide what he wanted so he was happy. And I love my haircut she did a wonderful job giving the bounce back to my curls!

If I could give a zero I would. I went this past weekend for a blowout and to get my hair curled for our engagement photo session that afternoon – pretty simple. I had made an appointment with Adrienne and was told the appointment wouldn’t be longer than an hour at the very most. She started by washing my hair and then started to dry it. As she was drying my hair, the back of the hair dryer fell off. She couldn’t get it back on so just continued to dry with that same dryer. The dryer then sucked my hair up through the now exposed back of the vacuum up to my scalp. She fumbled to turn off the hair dryer as I screamed out in pain. After getting it turned off she attempted to pull my hair out and got another hair dresser to help pull out the section of my hair that was completely entangled and fried inside of the dryer. They started to use a pair of scissors RIGHT NEXT TO MY HEAD to pry at and break a part the back end of the appliance. 20 minutes went by and the hair finally was out of the dryer, but now Adrienne was attempting to untangle the section of my hair. This was unsuccessful and wasted another 10-15 minutes I would say. She finally made the decision to cut my hair out as it was totally fried and not coming untangled. I did my best to keep my composure, and she did apologize. However, I feel like this is inexcusable. A licensed hair dresser should know better than to use a hair tool that is missing a piece to protect its vacuum! She then told me that she could give me “half-off” of the original price – which was still going to be $25! Seriously? She had just caused a ton of trauma to my head and my hair and then expected me to still pay. Only one other employee even attempted to help her, even though it was clear to everyone around that there was a major problem. The manager couldn’t be found! This visit to the salon was HORRIFIC! My head hurt the entire night and the appointment took so long it almost made me late for our pictures! I would absolutely NEVER let anyone I know go to this salon.

If your hair is natural please dont waste money at the salon. They only have 2 staffers that can style and work with natural black hair. Staff made me very uncomfortable and not very welcoming. I felt ripped off paying for sub par service and rude comments about my natural beautiful hair from stylist. Wont ever be returning

I brought in a bottle of hair spray that was not spraying correctly and had never been used. I wanted to exchange it for a non-defective bottle. Because I purchased the original bottle when a sale was occuring, the manager wanted me to pay the difference for the exchange as the product was no longer on sale. What? Is that something companies do when they sell a defective product? Sale or no sale, it should have been an even exchange in my opinion.
