It’s sad when you make an appointment online ( choosing a time that is clearly open) for a pedicure and fully expect them to call later to cancel it. i don’t know why I thought this time would be different. Update your online schedule, it’s not that hard given 5 days notice. Sadly, the loss of one customer won’t make a difference to this business.

Critical: QualityWent in for the liter sale. Went to check out, and product was full price. I told the manager the sign says Keratin Complex. She said the sign wasn’t in front of the bottle I was wanting to buy, so that one is not in the liter sale. I asked where on the sign it said, only that one was not included in the sale. She tried just saying it’s not in the sale. She could not show me on the sign, even the small print, that the volumizing was not included. I will never return to beauty brands because I was not given any answers to the questions I had asked, I also have contacted corporate, to let them know their customer service is poor at best. Lexi was very helpful and knowledgeable. Was very nice, professional, and polite. Highly recommended. Good hair products: wide selection shampoo, conditioner, detangler, temporary coloring, anything you need for hair care needs.Some high dollar products, but worth it. Also have quality products at a lower price . Bottle Sizes range from small to large size. So, can try a small sample size b4 buy a regular size bottle. Also have a salon if looking for beautician. Will visit again.
