Critical: QualityWent in for the liter sale. Went to check out, and product was full price. I told the manager the sign says Keratin Complex. She said the sign wasn’t in front of the bottle I was wanting to buy, so that one is not in the liter sale. I asked where on the sign it said, only that one was not included in the sale. She tried just saying it’s not in the sale. She could not show me on the sign, even the small print, that the volumizing was not included. I will never return to beauty brands because I was not given any answers to the questions I had asked, I also have contacted corporate, to let them know their customer service is poor at best. Went in for the liter sale. Went to check out, and product was full price. I told the manager the sign says Keratin Complex. She said the sign wasn’t in front of the bottle I was wanting to buy, so that one is not in the liter sale. I asked where on the sign it said, only that one was not included in the sale. They didn’t even laugh well, maybe a little but, so was I. They helped me out and did not take me to the most expensive. They showed me items they use or others use. They were wonderful.
