I called about to get a hair I live about 40min out the way.. so I her I just got off work in town near them. I arrived and greeted by Africa America friendly female, and I told her I was here for Michelle. Now I am not sure if she left her know. But I waited for Michelle to finish up her clients, but she didn’t greets or acknowledgements me standing there I waited and waited until I realize no one noticed me standing there, it felt to treat me I don’t exist. Critical: QualitySo I’ve only gone to this place one other time and it was to get a curly hair cut. The first time I went, it was fantastic. This last time? HORRIBLE. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I wanted a trim, and to cut off some old color, and to really make my hair even and all one length. After styling it at home, the right side of my hair was cut so short it created a mullet look!! I’m so sad and mortified!! I don’t even want to post the pictures! But the first is the right side of my hair and second is the left side!!! This the worst haircut I’ve ever had. Curly girls BEWARE. Came in to buy brow tint to try to do myself. They didn’t sell it but said they offer the service. They were able to fit me in right then and there. Caleb (I think?) suggested a color that would work best for me. My brows came out looking great! I’ll be back again 🙂

Given that I scheduled for a cut and color snd only was able to get a cut and informed I needed to reschedule for a color after the fact my hair was cut was highly disappointing directions unclear on website that not every stylist colors. Also the stylist kept leaving to meet with other stylist to discuss my hair in the other room.

I get my hair and nails done here. Sabrina is an artist when it comes to nail desine and Brianna makes me look amazing ahead she colors my hair Brianna and Kayla do the couples pedicure for my husband and I. Have been going here over a decade. Love this place.

What a lovely facility. From reception to check out was excellent. Making my appointment online was fast and simple. The cost was more then reasonable. The team members were professional and very nice. All sanitary measures were followed, and the whole facility was very clean. I would highly recommend Beauty Brands to family and friends.
