I’m really simple, I come for feed-ins and they make them look so natural. They work with all hair types; just come washed, combed and blow dried. Friendly staff, English spoken as well. No fancy TV or sound system so come with your own entertainment, ie phone, headphones tablet. Fair prices and parking isn’t too bad. Great hours too.

This is the worst customer service I have ever had. I have been here since 10AM. They began braiding my hair at 11AM. It is currently 9:00PM and they are still braiding. When I expressed my frustration to the manager Simone, she said, we told you we were busy. Ma’am, I’ve had someone braiding my hair for 10 hours already and all the other customer have come and left. I noticed that I was the last customer to have two braider and this didn’t happen until at 8PM. I asked the braider how much longer at 6:30PM and she replied 2 hours… Ladies if you need your hair braid I do not recommend this place. I paid $180 for box braids and I bought my own hair.

I got my hair braided here for the first time I am so in love with my hair I showed them a picture and they were spot on!!! Very neat, and finished in good timing. She was light handed so I feel I will still have edges lol I will definitely go back here and get my hair braided.

Critical: QualityI went to them 2 days in a row to get a simple style of 2 cornrows and their wait time was too long. I watched them play around and just stand and talk. On top of that a girl walked in after me and still got in a chair before me and they start on her head. It was 2 braiders in one persons head and 3 on another persons. Yet I still had not even been sat in a chair to get my hair braided. At this point I’m agitated and I have to go pick up my cousins and after I walk out they then tell me that they can do my hair. It’s already too late and I’m late going to get them.
