Critical: PunctualityI had my hair done before COVID-19 and I had a fair experience, the person that cut and highlighted my hair was very friendly and I was satisfied my hair, I paid a lot more that any other place but my highlights were ok so I wouldn’t mind going back.A few weeks ago, I took my daughter with a d different person and I did two separates appointment because I was busy those days. First they were asking me if I really needed the two appointments, second I had to wait 30 mins or more on the first appointment. She wasn’t as friendly as the other girls but ok, She gave me an estimate for the second app and it was expensive (so I guess she knew that), but I thought she was going to add more highlights to the ones my daughter had so the vibrant color she wanted look better. Besides you can’t cancel the appointment or they’ll charge you anyways. Well.. she only color my daughter’s hair (no highlights) and you can only see that she had a color done because she had the old highlights.
