Sooo I got my bun matted so bad I cut it off. They were so sweet and so supportive. The only thing they got upset about was me not coming for help beforehand. When i was upset about losing my hair they comforted me saying “it’s just hair it grows back.” They never once shamed me on not taking care of my hair. They fixed it! i was so shocked.

Critical: QualityToday’s service was disappointing , I went in for an eyebrow wax and left with almost no hair. I have a very hard time growing my eyebrows, for this to happen was extremely upsetting. The young women who did this service should probably train a bit more before being allowed to proceed on her own again. The older woman was kind and tried to offer to clean them up, and didn’t charge me but I left without letting them touch my eyebrows any further. Today’s service was disappointing , I went in for an eyebrow wax and left with almost no hair. I have a very hard time growing my eyebrows, for this to happen was extremely upsetting. The young women who did this service should probably train a bit more before being allowed to proceed on her own again. Tonya, and her staff at beauty bazaar, is a winning combination. The atmosphere is welcoming. The haircuts are very precision like. And they always aim to please. Been going there for such a long time that I count them as extended family.
