Everything from the music, decor, the smells sets the mood for relaxation as soon as you step into the door. My first visit was a gift of a facial from my daughter. I’ve been seeing Ashley for awhile now for my eyebrows and lip waxing and she does such great work. I have sensitive skin and was concerned when I first got waxed but I’ve had no issues at all. I moved out of Chicopee and still make the trip from Florence to get waxed. Highly recommend her!

I have been receiving a series of cryo-treatments at Beauty Battles Lounge over the last month and today I got a deep facial in addition to the cryo treatment. This was the best facial that I have ever had. Ashley took her time and really knew what she was doing. The products were amazing and my skin looks like it got exactly what it needed! Not to mention the incredible effects of the cryo-treatment on my face and neck which has had a visible and lasting anti-aging impact. This was the best self-care treatment I could have invested in. Nourishing for body, mind and spirit! Absolutely a five-star treatment.
