Critical: Professionalism, Quality.Both myself & my cousin and I got extensions not once but twice . The 1st time we were very pleased with the service & quaility of hair . We could air dry it & it would be natural . This time around when we got to the shower the shampoo turned black . Come to find out she dyed the hair ! In which she failed to tell us that day ! Now this has nothing to do with Sofia she is very nice & personable but BUSINESS is BUSINESS. She said the prices were raised because the hair is better quality . We have not experienced this . My cousin hair easily gets tangled . Mine looked like it had split ends . I took it upon myself to buy a special conditioner . But I shouldn’t have to do that when I paid $260 and my cousin $290 . When we asked for a credit or some type of refund for next time . She advised she could not do that . So the issue was not resolved on my end . As business owners we should make things better .
