I usually go to Sanctuary Day Spa where they quote me for a haircut 35 bucks but I end up paying around $100 when walking out. I just recently moved to Payson and thought I’d try a new hair place and I must say I absolutely loved it although tiny the women that work there are so nice and I paid exactly what I was quoted definitely my new spot!
