I use to come here all the time to get my nails done by Melissa and my pedicure by Ken which was wonderful but this time I didn’t see any familiar faces. I got a pedicure and as I did the employee that assisted me didn’t do any dead skin cleaning then when I asked her she said you don’t need. I told her please do so anyways that’s what I’m paying for if I wasn’t paying attention I wouldn’t have gotten what I paid for as well as I paid extra for gel and as soon as I get home it came off which has never happened before. I did go back to the shop for them to fix this.

I hate my nails , the guy rushed them and did nothing I asked for. I rather a technician say that they can’t design then to do whatever. My nails are different sizes. I hate them I hate them I hate them. And no accommodation. Just go home with ugly unsatisfied nails. Never again. I’m still here and nobody offered to fix it. First let me start off by saying I love this place and I have never had an issue. I moved out of the area and haven’t been back for almost 6 mo. I decided to go back and get my nails done. I hate it when they want to pop your nails off instead of soak them off bc it takes too long. Well the young lady is popping my nails off and I felt a sharp pain. As I’m saying ho ho ho like trying to get her to stop she is still going and then looks at me to see if it really hurts I guess then she stops and grabs my finger to put pressure on it. She then continues and finishes my nails and yes she did a good job. But to split my nail like this is unacceptable.

I’m so bothered with my last few visits. I normally go to Laura when I fine here, but she’s often busy and other times does a rush job on your nails to get you out. My most recent visit I came in for a soak off of a new full set Laura did two weeks earlier that could have looked better. During my recent visit I tried to give Tracy a try. HER WORK IS HORRIBLE. She’s rough on your cuticles, does poor shaping, sloppy, and makes up prices not going by the price sheet. Even the guy up front was confused, I just left out and promised never to return here.
