Short version of my experience . One week ago today. Once I decided to make purchase female employee took my card up to the register while I remained seated in a chair away from the register and she completed my purchase. I decided today to take the products back as I am not going to use them. Not only was I just then informed that there were no returns.. The Male employee called a security because I was taking a picture of the store name. Security asked me to leave. While looking for a corporat we number for the store I found that on the receipt it says Beauty Bar I checked my account and it shows Gold & Vare as the store name. Not been able to find anything on Gold & Vare or the Beauty Bar for business license. Something severely wrong with this. I will continue search and I encourage others to contact Mall management regarding this farce of a store and business

The guy gave me a free sample, and was very pushy about me coming in the store. He asked how old I was, and then proceeded to show me facial skin care products, used on my hand. He then commented on if I took a shower, and pointed out every imperfection on my face. Definitely don’t recommend, very rude.

So, yeah I don’t have the glowing skin of a 20 year old model. This piece of work asked me how often I shower, why I don’t care that my skin is dry and “diagusting,”and if I’m just too lazy to take care of myself.

I was just trying to be nice and went in because they kept asking. I repeatedly said i don’t use heat on my hair but he put the straightener on my hair anyways. Not only did it burn my hair, but it also burnt my hair color out making it extremely patchy! The heat was way too high… I am a hairstylist and i’m appalled that this business is still open..

they were extremely pushy and my girlfriend isn’t the type to say no and so she went in and they burned her hair. she repeatedly stated she doesn’t use heat on her hair but they didn’t listen so it very noticeably burnt the color out of her hair and they didn’t care whatsoever. horrible business Hairstyling

Tried to avoid the vultures but I ended up attempting to be polite. First question the salesman asked was if I had got my taxes back . He was clearly looking for someone tax rich ready to blow some money. Wrong person buddy. After the starting price of $150 dropped down to $40 he asked if I would at least take his business card, which he printed off the receipt paper. Then proceeded to scold me for not wanting to purchase any of the products I am not sure of the value since it decreased over $100 in the 10 mins I was there. I honestly couldn’t imagine anyone wanting to buy from there

Was in the Mall with my family. This dude caught me after leaving Spencer’s and literally ambushed me, telling me to come here. When I did, suddenly out of nowhere putting cream under my eyes. Asking if I cared about my skin. I replied I absolutely did, but not enough to pay crazy prices he was asking. Especially after a 10 minute spill about something I wasn’t sold on. Thanks, but no thanks!!! Apparently the guy thinks women are naive and weak. Just his whole demeanor was offensive.

Me and my bf, where shopping and these people lured us in, and started putting products on us, first they said all the items were free but when we went to the cash register they told us that the items were 300 bucks in total, we both said no thank you and left. I was pretty angry for the whole day.
