I fell in LOVE with the results of my lash lift! The salon is so cute with the art, pink chairs and amenities. SO clean and fresh. Also the staff is super nice and knowledgeable and makes sure you’re comfortable through the process. I’ve tried lash extensions before, but the results from the lash lift were so amazing I’ll only be doing this moving forward. Can’t wait to try a tint with it next time.

This place is very aesthetically pleasing and cute. The service was great, I only came in for a eyebrow threading to test the place out. The lady listened to how I like my brows, then gave some tips on the shape and growth of the brows. My brows were done perfectly. Will definitely come back, possibly for the brow mapping service next.

My daughter and I usually get our brows done in Rockwall but chose this salon because it was closer to home and had good reviews. I called ahead and asked if an appointment was required for eyebrow waxing and was told they were not busy so it was okay to walk in. When asked upon check in, I informed the technician that I wanted an eyebrow wax and that my daughter wanted eyebrow and lip waxing. When my daughter sat in the chair, the technician stated that threading was better and pulled the thread out of her pocket. My daughter and I both explained that we had tried threading before and preferred waxing. The technician still moved toward my daughter’s face with the thread and I had yell “No, she wants waxing!”. That should have been my cue to leave the salon but I ignored my intuition. When it was my turn, the technician asked if I wanted to try threading and I replied, “No, I’ve already tried threading and it’s too painful.” I closed my eyes in preparation for the wax and was completely surprised when I felt her threading my brows against my wishes! Although she has been informed of our wishes several times, she chose to provide the service she wanted to instead of giving us what we asked for. And to add insult to injury, our brows have absolutely no shape and look very unflattering. This was our first and last visit to this salon and I do not recommend it to anyone who wants to be heard and respected enough to be given the service asked for.

I wanted my lashes (which are naturally quite long) curled and tinted, but I am very disappointed in how they turned out. My lashes are not curled. They are simply plastered to my eyelid going almost straight up. Some on my right eye aren’t even straight because she wasn’t careful enough to brush them out before setting them. It is actually uncomfortable as I can feel them constantly touching under my eyebrows. There is no way she used an appropriate size rod and got this result. It was also the most uncomfortable lashes lift experience as she used nothing to release the glue when pulling tape off around my eyes. My skin was puffy, red, and irritated. I thought maybe things would look better after 24 hours, so I didn’t worry at first. I had to use a q-tip and makeup remover to remove the glue at home, but my lashes are still sticking straight up and look ridiculous. I will not be going back to this salon ever. I do not recommend them (permeela specifically) for eyelash services at all.

I went my first time here and my first time doing lash lift. I am so disappointed and now I have to just wait for this to look better. my lashes are basically curled to my eye lid. Doesn’t look cute or natural at all. My eyelids are swollen and one of my eyes is red and crusty. My vision is blurry. What did she do to me? Not worth the money at all.

SAIMA is the BEST. Hands down!!! No one else competes.. seriously. I’ve hand another woman do my eyebrows here and so far no one has done an EXCEPTIONAL job like SAIMA has. I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded for 9 years now and I know when it’s done right and wrong. Great location and amazing service.
