I came in yesterday for a simple hair cut and eye brow wax. my hair looked like it was cut by a butcher and it wasn’t even what i wanted and i even told the girl who cut my hair that it was uneven and i was told word for word, that it was the position that i was sitting in! and my eyebrows didn’t even look like they got waxed. everything looked terrible and i had to go to another salon for them to fix the damage to my hair. i was super distraught and furious.
