For bleaching and dye $$$ overpriced! To top it off Adela ruin my shirt..bleached it & tried to blame her helper. I asked for price but said it depends on process which was informed until end of bad service. Unprofessional service,and rude , after spending 4+ hrs I do not recommend wasting your time or hard earn $$$. She takes other clients while you are in service & uses her phone constantly.

I asked for a simple hair appointment, baby highlights and and cut my bangs as in a pic I showed. The woman literally cut my eyelid!!!!!! She offered no assistance in it after it was bleeding. I received NO sorry or compensation for the cut and now scar I have. The hair cut and color are nothing like what I asked. They spoke Spanish the whole time to each other. Them not knowing I know Spanish, they were not the nicest when talking about me. At the end of the appointment I replied to her in Spanish, and she was so shocked and then was nicer. However, I was still told to pay the full amount of the bill even though SHE CUT MY EYELID!!!!!!. WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst waxing I’ve ever gotten! I asked if they do facial waxing and the lady did not seem sure if they did so she went to ask the owner and she said yes it’s $45 so I went and thought everything was fine but as the lady “prepped” my skin, i let her know that I had some makeup on my face so she could remove it, and she used a dry cotton ball on my face to “remove” my makeup. She also burned my face and gave me a horrible rash. I’m pretty sure the lady that waxed me only knew how to eyebrow wax but didn’t want to lose a customer, so that’s why she said “yes”. she also used the tube dispenser of the aloe gel on my face to apply the aloe and then put the tube back in the bottle!! They’re lucky I’m not pressing charges. After being there for an hour, she did not get all of the hairs and blamed it on my hair saying that it was too thin so that’s why it didn’t remove. Not to mention the horrible bedside manner from the owner of the establishment giving me attitude because I didn’t carry cash, when I had asked if they accept card. She told me “next time bring cash” as if I’m going there ever again. I normally never leave bad reviews anywhere but this place takes the cake for the worst waxing service ever.

I made the appointment at one hour then changed it, and got costumers in between. I spent 5 hours to get my hair done. And it was a real bad job Now I have to spend again, they charged me $180 for few highlights, and a retouch, a week before, $55 for a bad haircut and poor blow out, I was giving them the opportunity to give me a solution. Waited a while for haircuts for my children. Two women stylist did not really acknowledge us being there. Prices are comparable to Super Cuts, which I did not expect. I’m probably going to stick to Super Cuts.
