I found Shannon on Instagram as I wanted to get back into my routine of regular facials as well as I wanted to support a woman of color. My first appointment was in the evening and after a 3 hour commute it was just what I needed. Her space was easy to find and so welcoming and calm once you walk in, she offered me a glass of wine as well as a comfy massage chair. While its a nice touch, it was an even better one after a long day. We spent a few minutes discuss My current skin care routine as well as my concerns and decided on the detox facial. Shannon made sure to discuss each product she was using as well as how it benefits the skin overall which I loved. The facial was sooo relaxing and I even dozed off a couple of times because I was THAT comfortable. While Shannon did recommend products I introduce into my routine, she was not pushy at all. She didn’t bash any of the products I mentioned I was currently using, she simply gave me the option and let me make the decision for myself. This is an important step in establishing trust with a new esthetician I am visiting for the first time. Shannon also made sure to check in and see how my skin was doing after a few weeks and provided some pro tips to help keep my skin glowing. Shannon’s kindness, professionalism, and knowledge are the top 3 reasons I would recommend her to any and everyone who will listen!
