Beauty & Propaganda is honestly a one-stop shop and it’s my go-to for all things beauty! I get my nails and toes done here exclusively now, the color selection is great, they do an amazing job and offer fun styles and nail art for an occasion! I won’t go anywhere else anymore! The salon is VERY clean and so pretty. It’s instagramable! A great place to go with girlfriends to get ready for an event, too. The spray tans are AMAZING! The blowouts and dry styles are the best too. They can do the perfect classy blowout or a really fun style and something that’s different! Couldn’t recommended the hair gals more! I’ve had my makeup done here as well too, they really just do an amazing job at all of the services they offer and I would recommend to anyone! I also have switched to R&Co products and pick them up here as well! You literally can’t go wrong with anything at this place! Also a great place to take a girlfriend for a friend date or gift a gift card!

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI had an appointment on Friday 9/17 and I got there a few minutes early to make sure I was in the chair by my appointment time as I had a wedding to attend. One girl finished a couple minutes before my appointment and I thought great just in time. Well she picked up her station or whatever and went to the back of the salon to sit on her phone. I waited 5 mins after my appointment and asked the nice lady receptionist how much longer and she went to the back to ask I assume. It looked like they were scrambling to find someone to do my dry-styling. She told me twice “oh yes your appointment was at 2:45. ” It was my first and last time. It felt as if they were doing me a favor by doing my hair. The girl who did my hair was really nice but overall it was not a good experience. I thought my blowout was great but my pedicure nail polish chipped just after one day and my friend’s nail polish chipped as soon as we came home – yes they were dry. So that’s a bummer to pay $45 for a pedicure for them to not be great. I was also told that our nail polish would last longer so that’s even more of a bummer.

So now I’m left with no hair before a wedding I’m supposed to attend today. When I called to speak to someone they gave me the typical were so sorry but there’s nothing we can do and let me know they were completely booked with no one else who could fit me in for a DRY STYLE!! That takes 25-30 minutes I’m not even asking for a blow out. If I would have had more notice this wouldn’t be the issue and I could have found somewhere else to go. Life has had me feeling a bit upside down for a while, and I called them in “dire need” of some pampering and self care – and fast! They were able and happy to schedule me the same day for services and the end result was fantastic!
