Chakay is incredible. She has been giving me lash extensions for over two years and she is the consummate professional. Easy to book, lovely accommodations (separate room from salon), Chakay is worth the drive to Pinole. I feel so comfortable with Chakay, I usually fall asleep during my appointment. My lash extensions are all I wear, I don’t use any other eye makeup! My lashes make me look much younger 🙂 Thank you Chakay!

I went there once and thought in would give it a go. It didn’t look too professional. I had 1 therapist she was great. I came back…not songbook in fact awful.by any basic standard of customer service. a skin Asian ladybwho couldn’t speak English properly received me. no understanding of my needs. just verbatim 101 booking nothing available. said i had to leave a deposit and made asumptions i cancelled an hour before a sheduled appointment previously. I said ill leave it for. now..she just looked at me and said fine. .then headed off in the back room. another therapist walked into reception and she she loked harrased. awful place. Sandra
