I brought my mom in for the first time for botox(she was really nervous) Nicole and the receptionist at the front desk took their time and made her feel super comfortable and answered all of her questions. I had initially posted a negative review about Beautox Bar, but I have completely changed my mind! My first Morpheus 8 treatment had not gone great due to user error, but that was primarily because the machine was very new to the person administering. After learning about my experience, Liz, one of the owners, called me and did exactly the right thing. She apologized, validated my frustration, and offered to redo my treatment. I came back in for the second treatment with Liz, and she did an amazing job. Now I’m excited for the next two treatments. I appreciate the way Liz and Beautox Bar handled the situation. Good customer service is hard to come by these days. I definitely recommend this business.

So happy I decided to come here for my first time! I was super apprehensive and nervous but really wanted to get lip fillers… prior to coming in I had no understanding of them at all.
