It was a pretty nice experience. I had an enjoyable time talking to the women and felt relaxed getting my lashes done. The only reason why I gave them 4 stars was because my lashes have fallen off pretty quickly. I am aware eyelash extensions last 2-3 weeks but it hasn’t even been a week and half of my lashes have fallen off. I don’t think it would be worth it to go back and get a refill.

I came 10 mins late and prior to that I told the lady I’m still looking for parking. It was supposed to be my first time at that place. The lady was so rude and won’t do my lash because I have mascara on. First of all she didn’t tell me when I called for appt not to wear make up and said it does’nt matter and not her responsibility to tell me. I begged for her because I have a party tomorrow , she just so rude and ignored me. Will never go to this place ever and don’t recommend it to anyone! It was very bad experienced! The Korean lady has no manners at all!

Having eye lash extension is fun, but when you upgrade from basic to deluxe they charge you upgrade fee in addition to extra charge.Why? it’s not like it’s cell phone,You just want more lashes,,, UPGRADE FEE?
