I paid to get a brown to silver/grey ombre from Ashlee, the first time it was done my hair was blonde and brown and I had a straight line across my head. She “fixed it”, but my hair is still not the color I wanted and the line still exists. I asked to get it actually done correctly, and she said I’d have to pay this time. Why would I pay for your mistake? After you bleached my hair twice, killing it and it wasn’t close to what I wanted. Don’t go here, trust me you can spend your money better somewhere else. Waste of my time/money and killed my hair. Thanks.
