Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve been going to this salon for several years now, bouncing around from one stylist to another and everyone has done great. I recently got a haircut and the stylist botched my hair — beyond uneven and no styling could really hide how bad it was. When I shared photos and my experience with the mgmt team at this salon, they called me back so quickly and urged me to go back to fix the mistake. I’m so glad I went back because Meredith (the owner’s twin sister) gave me the BEST haircut I’ve ever had. My hair is shiny and pretty straight so it’s hard to get it to have body. After her cut, it has so much body on its own, just with a simple blowout at home. I get compliments on my hair all the time and have never loved a haircut as much as I love this one! I’ve been going to this salon for several years now, bouncing around from one stylist to another and everyone has done great. I recently got a haircut and the stylist botched my hair — beyond uneven and no styling could really hide how bad it was. I didn’t catch her name but the girl who shampooed me treated me like a queen, massaging my head and really taking her time. I decided to set up a blind appointment with a colorist after following their Instagram account for years. All I can say is I wish I went sooner. I explained to the receptionist I wanted to do a slow transition from bleached highlights to a root smudge/baylayage so i’d have a more natural root transition into a lighter color on the bottom of my hair without going too dark overall. Jessica (Jay) went above and beyond. I couldn’t be happier. First time here today after navigating so many different salons on LI throughout the years. I decided to set up a blind appointment with a colorist after following their Instagram account for years. All I can say is I wish I went sooner.
