Critical: Professionalism, ValueReceived a gift card from my sister-in-law so decided to give this place a try. I’m very disappointed with the service I received today. I took 3 children to get a kids pedicure and their finger nails painted for back to school (one got gel polish). It was $90 and took less than 30 minutes each. Went to check out and had the gift card for $45 so it made the hit a little less painful. But when I presented the certificate the lady very rudely told me it was expired. I took it back to review and seen at the bottom it does in fact say “expires 6 months after purchase.” So I apologetically said “I’m so sorry, I couldn’t make out the date and didn’t see that on the bottom, it’s only a month later, is there anyway you can honor it?” She again, very rudely tried to argue with me stating it was actually 2 months (wrong!, purchase date was 12/28/20). So I asked if there was any way she could even give me half the credit. She was less than helpful or accommodating. Again, I get it, the certificate was a month and 6 days expired, but I feel this was very bad customer service. Received a gift card from my sister-in-law so decided to give this place a try. I’m very disappointed with the service I received today. I took 3 children to get a kids pedicure and their finger nails painted for back to school (one got gel polish). It was $90 and took less than 30 minutes each. She lightly rubbed lotion on my legs and feet for a couple of minutes. Pedicure was $25 and manicure $15. The manicure was awful. The nail polish was peeling and chipping by the next day. The products seemed old as they were very thick coming out on the brush. I was required to pick polish colors from color chips and colors were not accurate. I’m new to the area and tried this salon based on the good reviews. The pedicure was mediocre. The tech barely massaged my calves and feet (which is the best part). She lightly rubbed lotion on my legs and feet for a couple of minutes. Pedicure was $25 and manicure $15. The manicure was awful. The nail polish was peeling and chipping by the next day. The products seemed old as they were very thick coming out on the brush. I was required to pick polish colors from color chips and colors were not accurate. Not allowed to look at the bottles on the shelf. I would not waste my time or money here again.

I have to say I LOVE THIS PLACE When I first started going to Beautique my toe nails were extremely thin from other places using Dremel to sand Polish off my nails. Now they are stronger and don’t chip or break. My tips are beautiful. Very impressed every time I go with how natural they look. Other places live the acrylic thick and the nail looks huge. With Beautique I always receive lots of complement. I’ve had acrylic nails for very long time and been to just about every nail salon in the area. About every 2 to 3 weeks I get a fill in and a pedicure. I have to say I LOVE THIS PLACE When I first started going to Beautique my toe nails were extremely thin from other places using Dremel to sand Polish off my nails.
