I was referred to this service through someone I had met after trying a few different places (literally) all over the state over 2 years when I relocated here. The salon was organized, clean, the team was friendly and I had the pleasure of having my hair cut/colored by Katie (The Owner). To be blunt, I was at a point I was unsure what to expect and I gave up hope that I would find a place that I felt knew their stuff. I was incredibly pleased – with the results, with the service, with the friendliness but also with the knowledge Katie had. She walked me through expectations, told me her thoughts (honesty = trust!) about the styles and colors that were right for me. After a couple of trips to maintain, I decided to take the leap of faith and asked her to give me a brand new look. That she did…. now, 3 times since discovering the salon. Ha. I have 100% trust in Katie’s skills and over the last several years she continues to deliver. She was the first to give me a bold short cut (something I was scared to do) and the girl can cut a bob (very difficult cut for some). I think what stood out at me the most is how she mentors her junior stylist staff and works with them to grow in this field. Not everyone can appreciate the artistry that goes into hair care… they have this nailed. 5 stars here!

Shampoo girl did not adequately shampoo my hair. When I got home I realized that my entire scalp was nearly black. The stylist actually brought me back to the sink for an area she noticed was clumped with dye. I usually have color left on for 50 minutes due to very resistant grey hair but stylist informed me “WE only leave color on the hair for 35 minutes”. My roots are now a brassy blonde shade, I had a root touchup for medium brown hair so I guess 35 minutes was not long enough. Pricing is very confusing (packaging services together) and it seems like they want to trim your hair every time you return for future services. This was my first and last visit. I really wanted to like this salon as the stylist was very thorough with my consultation.

My hair stayed in place all day until the shoot & my makeup was the best I’ve ever had done.They are also the NICEST group of women. My photographer cancelled my engagement shoot on me as I was getting my hair done- amidst my tears, these ladies banded together to find me a photographer through their network within 10 minutes. I was able to have my engagement shoot with an AMAZING photographer that same day. I had called last minute for an appointment for a wedding as a bridesmaid and they didn’t have anything available. But the receptionist worked her magic and had Amanda come in early for me!! Talk about amazing costumer service. I was so nervous about my hair not coming out like the picture I had showed since I have had bad experiences in past with other people. But Amanda knew exactly what to do and did it even better than then the picture. And she knew what products to use for my weird textured hair and to make it last 16+hours!! I also use Gabrielle for waxing and I absolutely love love love her too and would highly recommend her. I have used her for years. Please please don’t go to those chain wax salon places because they are not experienced like Gabrielle, she is so smart, knows what she is talking about and beyond experienced. I booked a super last min appointment & she squeezed me in & was so efficient so I wouldn’t be late for my event. I really appreciated her customer service. Eleni is my new favorite stylist! So sweet and so so talented. She corrected a terrible cut I got from another salon and made my hair look so great I’ve been getting so many compliments!!
