My experience today was not only relaxing but hibba was very professional , kind ,patient and thoughtful . My experience today was not only relaxing but hibba was very professional , kind ,patient and thoughtful . Hibba only allows one customer at a time, and she followed the covid regulation.She is a professional eyebrows artist, and I like the shape that she draws. I have a lot of good compliments. Critical: ProfessionalismShe is VERY Unprofessional! I had an appointment for 9am. I sent her a message around 8 am, stating I would have to reschedule due to a family emergency. (I have a family member in the hospital with covid, that I had to pick up their belongings from the hospital & that’s why I couldn’t make it to my appointment). She then messaged me back telling me to “find another artist”. I was automatically shocked because I as well work in the beauty business and I NEVER EVER addressed a customer like that. NEVER EVER. I try my best to be very professional and accommodate to what my customers need or want. I know rescheduling and cancellations can be frustrating but to address a client like that and just tell them to basically go elsewhere is just rude in my eyes. And she also told me she does not need nor want clients like me or my money. Which I did NOT understand. We’re humans and I’m pretty sure everyone in their life has cancelled or rescheduled some kind of appointment. Anyway, I will NOT be going to her for any kind of business. She is VERY Unprofessional! I had an appointment for 9am. I sent her a message around 8 am, stating I would have to reschedule due to a family emergency. Everything was brand new that she used on me, she explained the whole process to be since it was my first time having it done. I’m going back to have my eyelashes done !! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!
