Bought a Groupon deal on Black Friday. When I contacted her to make an appt she asked for me to get a refund from Groupon because ‘they keep half the money’. I wouldn’t of known about her if it wasn’t for Groupon by the way. The day before my appt she sent a text to me to confirm. Because I work, I wasn’t able to answer until later in the day. She then informed me that’s she was cancelling my appt and I would have to reschedule. 100% unprofessional from the very beginning.
