Scheduled a consultation at 10am. Arrived at 10am. I left at 10:30 am because I was still waiting to see someone for a 30 minute consultation. I cannot do business with a company that cannot even get the schedule together for a 30 min consultation. Can’t imagine what the wait would be if I was actually having a service. I don’t recommend!

I wish I could rate zero. if you have read any bad review just believe it 100% . I gave benefit of doubt and ended up wasting over $3000. The rep that attended to me gave me a hint but I guess I didn’t un her. complete waste of money. they sell you a lie. all they want is your money. P.s. I had the Venus bliss , butt lift and chin lift done…..absolutely zero result and I followed instructions verbatim. UPDATE: I just read the owner’s response. The question is what was the approval for? Under what conditions? Who qualifies? It isn’t possible that I spent over 3000 , you claimed FDA approved this and I did 3 procedures and NOTHING worked. FDA must have approved in error then. IT DOESN’T WORK AS SOLD BY BEAUTIFUL YOU. I have been told that it is used as treatment after you get a weightloss procedure or when u are at a certain weight . well I received my first treatment 1/25/23 so it’s to soon to tell but i did see just a little difference after my 1st session was complete not a lot but enough that I noticed it, I go to the Morrow location(so far so good)my experience was good everyone was nice and professional the process was fine she made sure I was comfortable,if machine got hot she would ask me if I am OK I was A little sore that night but I took an Excedrin and an Alive together and I was fine, look they tell you give it 12 weeks so that’s what I’m going to do I’m a small frame female so I’m not working with A lot of fat but I also don’t have a washboard (lil puge)I’m doing the (slim and trim or tight ) lol something like that I workout and I eat clean ladies remember you have to do your part to this isn’t plastic surgery its a jump start to help you get the firm tightness it’s a gamble we all know this so what may work for some may not work for others,but I will be YouTube my journey so after my 2nd treatment I may start posting ion no yet but at the end of 12weeks we shall see !

This place is a total scam! When I first went in, everyone was so nice, very accommodating and great with communication. However, once my treatments were finished (tone & tight) and I had absolutely NO RESULTS, they were no where to be found. No one calls back, texts back, or emails back. So I’m out about $1500 and nothing about my skin has changed. I gave them multiple opportunities to make this right prior to my writing a negative review. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I signed up for the service and every time I called to make an appointment I can’t speak to anyone. No one is ever available to answer the phone. I got the service once and I have two more sessions. It has been months and I can’t even get anyone on the phone to get an appointed and it has been like this for months and I am currently paying for the two additional services that I can’t even schedule an appointment to receive. At this point I’d like to terminate the contract. How are you a business but no one ever answers the phones? Not happy with this company. Now I have to drive there and I don’t live close by to speak to someone.

I contacted this company and waited 3 weeks for an appointment. As requested, I arrived 15 minutes early. But after waiting 25 minutes. I asked the receptionist how much longer was my wait. The receptionist stated 30 minutes. I asked to be rescheduled, when I could be seen timely. The receptionist stated, we schedule several people at the same time. That’s was my que, so I left and did not have a consultation or experience any of the treatment options.

I’m getting charged for a non surgical treatment that I didn’t not receive, and I was told by the manager (she emailed me) on Jan 5th that she wasn’t going to charge me for the treatment. I got an email stating that over $500 will come out my account for 6 months for something that I didn’t get nor receive. I paid a few hundred dollars up-front and the only thing I got done was the warm/cool machine that compresses on your stomach. I tried calling the manager, office, and health finance direct to see why I’m getting charged for something I didn’t get, didn’t receive, nor something I’m no longer getting. I haven’t heard back from anyone at all. Now I’m trying to figure out who I can talk too and see how I can get these charges stopped. Poor communication. I don’t understand why the manager would make a statement stating I won’t get charged but I getting charged. I don’t understand why she said she will change that on the contract for I won’t get charged anything but you didn’t. I don’t want anything else to do with this company at all. All I want is that contract to be terminated due to me already paying a couple hundred dollars up front but haven’t received anything but the warm/cool compress thing on my stomach one time.
