I had an appointment and was late by 3 minutes. I was a recurring client with her but this was my first time running a little late. When I walked in she had a nasty attitude and told me that she canceled my appointment (while she watched me trying to find a park) and that I was going to have to reschedule or pay a $10 late fee. I apologized and explained to her I was late due to the inclement weather. She still proceeded to tell me I needed to reschedule. I felt as If i was given bad customer service towards her due to this being my first time having an encounter with her. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day but her attitude was very rude and unprofessional. She proceeded to tell me that If i didn’t want to pay the $10 fee I could leave. I feel as if since this was my first encounter with her she would of still serviced me without the late fee. A more professional approach would have been to warn me about the late fee for next time. Once she saw how upset i was getting she proceeded to service me anyway without the late fee. Her attitude and rudeness really baffled me considering she seemed so nice and sweet at all my other previous appointments.
