Critical: QualityI have been there many times over the years.The quality of Botox is questionable.I read other reviews that clients results are not lasting. I agree. 4-6 week tops. That includes the 14 days one must wait for the injections to fully kick in.Also, since going back during Covid I did not feel safe as my service provider did not wear mask, and made a “joke” regarding mine as I came into the room.I will not return. I have been a customer at this place for close to 10 years. It does experience a high turnover rate, but staff is always friendly and the place is maintained well. The aestheticians listen to you and address your concerns. The reason I am giving three stars is because running a business is more than just friendliness and cleanliness. I see the same aesthetician for my services and she is very knowledgeable at what she does. But when I am told that I can stop by for touch up without an appointment, I expect that to be true. On two occasions I wanted to do that, but it was never possible. On both occasions which were prior to Covid I called the office to let them know I was coming and the answer was we can’t accommodate you because everyone is booked. I would leave a message for the aesthetician , and the front desk would never deliver it. They would not follow up on your phone call, even when they say we will let you know. My appointments take no longer than 10 min. Recently I called to schedule an appointment – an unplanned trip came up and I needed the appointment desperately -I was told that they are booked for two weeks. If they can’t squeeze a 10 min appointment for someone who has been a customer for 10years, have spent thousands, referred friends to their office, and never failed to leave a tip, then I don’t think they deserve my business. They failed to meet my expectations big time. I am happy to see that they are growing as a business, but I hope their lack of sound judgment doesn’t drive older customers away.

Great experience at Beautiful Solutions Med-Spa, great work from Kaitlyn. It’s only been a week and my forehead just keeps looking better and better. Really thankful to Kaitlyn and Cindy. Kaitlyn explained the process, took her time, gave me her opinions and honesty probably kept me from getting too much. She was perfect, I got botox, nothing hurt and I was out of there pretty fast. Great facility, great prices, great professionalism. Just moved to Austin from CA and so happy to discover such a convenient spot. Going back next week for a tiny bit more. Definitely recommend.

I can’t say enough about Beautiful Solutions. They have great pricing and monthly specials. The staff is so nice and helpful. Caitlin is my girl <3. She has a great eye. She’s gentle and never bruises me. She’s an artist. And she doesn’t let me get carried away. The products here are definitely not watered down like some reviews have claimed. They last as long as anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and go see these ladies!
