The kids love their time in the salon as she makes it an enjoyable experience for them each time! She works quickly and effectively and anyone with littles knows this is a must! Jennifer has cut my 3 little guys hair for years now and does a fabulous job each time. The kids love their time in the salon as she makes it an enjoyable experience for them each time! Critical: QualityI specifically said, take 1/4 inch off, all the way around. Bring the back up a couple of inches, and barely touch my bangs. I said there was no need to wash it, just cut it dry. We went to the chair so I could get my eyebrows & lip waxed, before I knew it, my hair was being washed. At the end of it all, my hair (which was to the middle of my back) is now barley below my shoulders. My bangs are ridiculously short and, the layers are short. I can’t believe what my hair looks like!! It’s going to take at least a month, just for my bangs to grow back!!!××××××××××××××××I read your reply, not sure how to respond. Yes, you did explain quite a bit to me, and you were kind and fun to talk to. My issue wasn’t with you, or the service, if I wanted a short haircut, which is what I got, but definitely not what I asked for. I was emphatic about it. That’s all I was saying. I specifically said, take 1/4 inch off, all the way around. Bring the back up a couple of inches, and barely touch my bangs. I said there was no need to wash it, just cut it dry. We went to the chair so I could get my eyebrows & lip waxed, before I knew it, my hair was being washed.
