My first time going to this business was on my bday in February service was great! So I decided that I would make this my salon lol well sadly to say the next few visits was unpleasant. I’m driving a hour to come to this salon first off and you would think that they would be more professional and nice but the absolute opposite. First complaint being rushed to pick out a color and rushed thru doing service. Like the prices was awesome and my first visit was awesome not sure if they are a having some issues or not but my last two visits have been horrible to the point where this last visit I walked out and refused for them to continue my service simply bc I’m driving a hour to come here and I’m not going to be rushed to get my nails or toes done the time before this one they apologized but they only polished my toes bc they were overbooked and I understood so I agreed that they could just polish my toes and I would get the done next time but I refuse to spend my money and I don’t feel appreciated I’m helping your business so I drive from clover sc to Indian land sc yea it’s not 10 nor 30 mins away from where I live I pass many but didn’t expect this kind of service in a million years. I’m not just getting one service I get dip powder nails full pedicure eyebrows like I go and spend over 100 each visits on a few visits I have taken my husband for a pedi and my daughter. So I asked the lady who I know is the wife of the owner or is the owner herself so I could talk to her before I made this decision but she was playing and at this time I’m upset so I’m not in the playing mood she could have made it right and talked me into staying but instead she played it as a joke so I just paid for the service I got an left I’m done I woke be back EVER….. so not a good way to business at all!!!!

I have been getting my nails done here for over a year and the last two times my dip manicure came off with in a week. After letting the owner know she gave me a courtesy 10% off for a manicure that should have been free…oh and let me not forget she asked for a tip!!!!!! Will never go to or recommend this place again. Very bad costumer service. They should have made it right. After reading other reviews seems like a trend at Beautiful Nails . No loyalty for repeat costumers and will not fix mistakes.

The actual pedicure was good. What I didn’t like was that they asked if I wanted gel because it lasts longer but did not say that they charge an ADDITIONAL $20. That’s more than the entire bottle costs. I felt that was extreme. I’ve been charged $5-$7 extra for gel in the past, but never $20. And if it is that much, make sure you tell the customer first. When I asked after why it was so much, she acted annoyed that I asked like I should have known but there are no prices posted in the back where I was sitting and no website to reference prices. Just wanted to give a heads up.

Critical: Punctuality, ValueLong time customer went in for a full acrylic set and toe nail polish change today. I had an appt for 4:30. I was not seen until almost 5:30. Generally this would cost me $52 plus I pay a tip. I was charged $75 and treated very poorly after expressing that the price couldn’t be right. After 12 years, I will never use this shop again. Very disappointed in the service I recieved today.
