Older woman did sloppy job on my nails. Asked her to remove polish from cuticles and sides of my fingers. Polish started chipping the next day. Had to remove and buy press-ons for my event. Maybe she does fake nails better. Shop also adds $2 if you don’t pay cash. And no one spoke English. Such a disappointment. Manicure, Pedicure

This place is inconsistent. Left with broken skin and bleeding during my last two visits with the latest being 1/31/2023. They don’t apologize; they pull your hand back and continue in the same rough manner. It’s as if they’re doing it on purpose. I will be finding a new place.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValuePlease do not go here. Before starting my nails I asked politely if they can do the design I want and they said yes. After putting the acrylic on I showed them the design again and all of a sudden they dont have any of the materials needed to do the design. My nails ended up crooked and when I asked if they could do something small I received attitude from the lady. The first picture you guys see is what i wanted and the 2nd picture is what I got. Please do not go here. Before starting my nails I asked politely if they can do the design I want and they said yes. After putting the acrylic on I showed them the design again and all of a sudden they dont have any of the materials needed to do the design. Be careful with who you let do your pedicure. I got a gel pedicure and ended up with a toe infection. I think the lady filed too much because it was painful and I kept flinching, but I kind of just let her keep going because I assumed she knew what she was doing. Now I’m here with a purple throbbing big toe that had me limping a little. I’m not gonna say never come here, just make sure to advocate for yourself as much as possible because they’re not very safe.

Extremely inconsistent. I had to speak up numerous times about what my expectations were. On one of the times I asked that my nails be filed less the nail tech/ manager said “jesus”. It’s unfortunate that this place is so cute but has horrible customer service. Another customer said to the nail tech ” this is not American customer service obviously “. The treat you like if your money is not green and you didn’t choose to spend it with them. I got charged a ridiculous amount for a 2 year olds nails that they left undone. I was faithful to this place but after this I will not be returning. They obviously forgot the power of social media and word of mouth.

Waited for 25 minutes for an appointment on Thursday morning at 10:30am. After I said that I could not wait longer she said that she can take me now. I got a non-relaxing pedicure and left with sensitive bleeding toe nails. Also, not very clean. Would not recommend this place. Pedicure
