Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueUsually i see kim and i love it but this time i was with a different woman and the experience was horrible i asked her not to cut my nails when asked she then proceeded to file them down so low even though i had been growing them out for a while. I told her i didnt want a massage i had a doctors appt to get too yet she proceeded to do it anyway even after i told her to stop and was late to my appt. I got gel which she layered on a million times, it was on my fingers and cuticles 3 days later its peeling off. Big waste of my time i was there for over an hour and huge waste of money. I wont be back. Usually i see kim and i love it but this time i was with a different woman and the experience was horrible i asked her not to cut my nails when asked she then proceeded to file them down so low even though i had been growing them out for a while. Went in for a pedicure- they did not do the basics like removing cuticles, filing nails, cleaning it, etc. They later on proceeded to RIP OFF my previously poly gel nails because they admitted that soaking it off takes too long for them. Argued with me afterwards, also spoke bad about me in their language not knowing my sister understands. Most of them aren’t licensed either. Absolutely horrible service in all aspects.

Not only 4 days later my daughter and I had our gel set on our fingers come up and peel not even a WEEK LATER! Gone!!!! So upset I’ll never go back there again! Especially for the money we paid! Fast and friendly service. Probably the only nail salon that stays open until 9pm. Most others close by 7 or 8. I came in around 8 one night, there were 3 other customers at that time, to get a full set of acrylics, knowing I would most likely be the last customer of the evening. I felt kind of bad, having worked in the service industry all over the island since 2003, I know how it can be annoying to have that one last person, or one last table of the night that ends up keeping you stuck at work when you are more than ready to go home at the end of the day. I half expected them to turn me away, being so close to closing, and wanting a service that takes about an hour to do, but they kindly took me and didnt want to turn down business. I was pleased. Up until the very end, when my nails were close to finished, I was the only person left in the salon at this point, I knew my manicure was being rushed through, as the shape of 2 of the nails turned out odd looking and didnt match up with the other 8 nails. My nail artist was fun, friendly and had a sense of humor, but I’d rather have come back the next day than have my nails rushed through and not be completely satisfied.

Didn’t see an sign of a license except for tattoos. 4 of us got pedicures at the same time and one of the lady’s working on my friend was on her phone while giving the service. Mine could barley speak English and I ended up getting a $10 upgrade diamonds that didn’t last very long on my big toes. In addition I tried to tell her about my toe be sensitive and she still dug under it and clipped it so it throbbed in pain the rest of service.
